EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Exchange Policy
Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. Slight variations might occur between different pieces of the same product. These are natural stones, therefore perfect uniformity in every piece is not possible. They are not defects.
Items purchased from our website may be exchanged within 16 days from the date of order either by visiting our showroom or via mail. The date of your order will be found on ‘Your Receipt’, which is emailed to you after your completed order is received by us.
Items Returned to our Showroom : Please take the unworn and resaleable item and a copy of ‘Your Receipt’ to our showroom where one of our Sales Advisors will gladly exchange the item to the same value or higher (if you choose to pay the difference), subject to availability.
Items Returned by Mail : If you ordered by credit card, we’ll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
Shipping Charges : Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Please note that a refund cannot be processed and exchanges can only be processed with a copy of ‘Your Receipt’ – we cannot accept delivery notes.
EXCLUSIONS:
Earrings & Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease. This exclusion is in the interest of and for the protection of all our customers.
Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.
